Job Description

DATA ENTRY / RECORDS IMAGING OFFICERS

Our client is recognised as Australia's largest Removal, Information and Records Management Company in Australasia with operations in 40 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated candidates with clerical and/or processing experience for an initial three month project in Seven Hills, to start ASAP. This is a KPI focused project, converting hard copy/paper files to digital format within tight deadlines. 

You must be physically fit, reliable and an enthusiastic team able to prepare files for the high speed scanners, data entry/cataloguing of files to Excel, ad hoc administrative duties and some manual handling of archive boxes weighing up to approximately 12kg.  

It is expected this project will be operating 24 hours/5 days per week, with shifts across day (8am-4:06pm), afternoon (4:10pm-11:56pm), night (midnight-7:46am).   Penalty rates apply.   

We require our team members to have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience operating with high speed scanners (eg. Kodak/CapturePro) will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Duties will include:

  • Sorting/cataloguing of files
  • Preparing documents for data entry and scanning
  • Repetitive tasks such as removing staples/paperclips from files
  • Data entry to Excel spreadsheets
  • Manual handling of file boxes - up to approx 12kg

  • Ability to lift 12kg archive boxes
